2. Printing choice of Lanyards

Jacquard fabric lanyard has a variety of different patterns and sometimes printing is not needed, but mostly printing is the most important way to do customized lanyard:

Ordinary printed lanyard will also have grain differences, plain weave, twill are common grains

But the surface of the vast majority of lanyard we use daily needs to be printed, and the printing convention is divided into screen printing and heat transfer, we will introduce the most suitable way for you to do your lanyard. Here you can also know some details about the difference of the two methods:

• The screen printing pattern is generally slightly convex relative to the medium, presented in a bubble shape, and feels like a something on the surface
• Screen printing cannot do all color filtering according to the picture, so the printed effect will be clearly defined, in the middle of the two colors, it is difficult to reflect the color filter according to the picture itself;
• Screen printing is monochrome printing, only one color can be printed at a time, because each printing needs to wait for the ink to dry, so the production efficiency of large goods is very slow;
• If you need to print multi-color patterns, you need multiple sets of molds and it might need extra cost. So, when consider this kind of lanyard, we don’t suggest screen printing

Color:After determining the lanyard, the next step required is to sample, and the detection after sampling is particularly important: on the one hand, the printing color, if there are very strict requirements for the color of the lanyard itself, you need to provide the relevant color number to match the plate; If not, samples can be provided to be printed according to the sample; Different batches of lanyard are prone to color differences, so it is necessary to match the color of the first version of the lanyard, rather than according to the color of the previous batch every time The lanyard needs to be matched every time, and only the color error can be shipped within a certain range
2. For design specifications and dimensions, etc.:Basically, because conventional lanyard is produced in batches, the size difference will not be very large, and the main problem is whether the design meets the customer’s expectations, whether there is a printing reverse and other issues
3. And the combination of accessories: fabric lanyard generally does not have a big problem, this is mainly in the leather lanyard and PVC lanyard, some openings are not sensitive, or the opening is too small. All these need to be determined when proofing, in order to facilitate the improvement of big cargos.
