This is simple FAQ of making enamel pins for all the customers who are interested in making your own pins or have your own pin store.
- How much is my pins?
The price is based on the size, material, design, technology, and shipping cost.
Size: For size less than 1cm, the smaller, the more expensive as there are too many details to consider. For size over 1cm, the smaller, the cheaper for the pin badges.
Material: Normally we do Iron, Zinc Alloy or brass for the pin badges. The price is Brass>Zinc Alloy > Iron
Design: The simpler, the cheaper
Technology: Hard Enamel > Soft Enamel >Printing > Die Struct
Glitter and Glow in the dark both need extra cost,
Shipping Cost: To most countries, the price only includes shipping cost but no tax or VAT for custom clearance. Some countries we can do DDP(all included price), we will let you know for quoting.
- How many lapel pins or pin badges or keychains or coins is your minimum order?
The quantity is all different.
Hard enamel:100pcs
Soft Enamel/Die struck: 50pcs
With Printing/Glow: 200pcs
1-5pcs, we can do that as sample cost, includes molding + Shipping
6-49 pcs, the average price for this quantity would be a little higher.
50pcs: Normally the minimum order of Die Struck and Soft Enamel pin badge.
100pcs: The Minimum order of Hard Enamel pin badges
200pcs: The Minimum order of hard enamel + Glow/Printing/Epoxy pin badges
- What is the process of order my logo/design lapel pins/pin badges/keychains/coins/medals?
Step 1: Approve Offer
Send us your design or sketches, we will offer you based on the design, size, technology, quantities. Once you are happy with the offer, we proceed with your order.
Step 2: Approve Design
We will make you a sketch of how your product looks after production. If you have something to change, don’t feel free to tell us. We will revise until you are satisfied.
Step3: Produce and Shipping
Production will last 10-15 days and Shipping will be 8-15 days under COVID-19.So the cargo will arrive in 30 days!
- Can I get refund if I am not satisfied?
You can get 100% refund before molding.
Before molding, we will make design/sketch for your reference of your lapel pin badges, and we can change it until you are 100% satisfied. The picture is almost the same with the final lapel pin badge.
If we cannot catch your request, you can ask for 100% refund at this time.
After the sketch/design is confirmed, we cannot accept any refund of the cargo.
- How to choose the technology of my logo/design?
We are very experienced factory in this market and our colleague will discuss with you based on your design, about the perfect technology you can do.
Also, if you have good idea about this, we can also discuss and let you know if it is suitable for your design.
- Where is your factory and do you make it by yourself?
Our factory is based in Shenzhen, China.And sales office is in Shanghai,China. Here are some pictures of our colleagues for your reference.
